COVID 19 STATEMENT/UPDATE
First of all - WE MISS ALL OF YOU SO MUCH & HOPE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE ALL WELL!
We are preparing to open our doors soon and most importantly we are committed to your health and safety. Following state and local guidelines we have remained closed allowing us to provide a safe environment. Stay tuned by checking our COVID 19 UPDATE PAGE here on our Website and follow our social media pages for all of our current product & service promotions.
Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our #1 priority. Our staff already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies before the effects of COVID-19, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers and adhere to (and exceed) both Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and state regulations.
The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and well-being of you and our staff during your visit:
Per Phenix Salon Suites all clients will need to wait outside until their therapist lets them inside. Masks will need to be worn at all times when inside Phenix Salon Suites & a temperature check will be done upon entering our SoulSisters Spa Suites. Benches in hallways have been removed to eliminate cross-contamination and clients are not allowed to wait in hallways. Once inside the building all foot traffic will be allowed only one way to minimize passing staff and or other clients in close proximity. We ask that you do not bring friends, family members, or small children to your appointment.
Once inside the Spa Suite (while masked) we will briefly discuss the appointment and ask that you minimize communicating during the service (except as needed) and allow yourself to completely relax and enjoy your spa service. Once the service is complete a mask will need to be worn for the reminder of time inside the Spa Suite & building. We hope this will make you feel more relaxed and safe knowing these precautions will be taken with all clients.
Our staff has taken refresher courses on Spa Infection Control and earned updated certificates. Our staff wash their hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client. In our Spa we use an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit.
In addition to our rigorous safety procedures and staff training protocols, we are following the latest guidelines on health and safety, cleaning and preparedness from the CDC and the Alameda County Health Department.
We’re counting the days until we can see all of our SoulSisters and once again help you Look & Feel your Best!
