Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our #1 priority. Our staff already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies before the effects of COVID-19, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers and adhere to (and exceed) both Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and state regulations.
The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and well-being of you and our staff during your visit:
An Electric Covid -19 Pre-Screening questionairre will be sent the day before EVERY appointment. Once we receive that submission you will be allowed to enter our Spa Suite. We ask that you do not bring friends, family members, or small children to your appointment. Please reschedule your appointment if you're not feeling well or have been around friends/family that have been sick.
Once inside the Spa Suite hand sanitizer will be made available prior to beginning your treatment. We will briefly discuss the appointment and ask that you minimize communicating during the service (except as needed) and allow yourself to completely relax and enjoy your spa service. We hope this will make you feel more relaxed and safe knowing these precautions will be taken with all clients.
Our staff has taken refresher courses on Spa Infection Control and earned updated certificates. Our staff washes their hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client. Every staff member is fully vaccinated. In our Spa we use an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit.
In addition to our rigorous safety procedures and staff training protocols, we are following the latest guidelines on health and safety, cleaning and preparedness from the CDC and the Alameda County Health Department.
