RETURN POLICIES

At SoulSisters Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer the following return policies:

SKINCARE PRODUCTS

Return Window: Please contact us within 15 days of purchase.

Refunds: We do not offer full refunds on opened products, but we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for the value of the returned item. If a product is unused and in their original, sealed packaging, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility:  Products should be unopened, or at least 60% full.

How To Return/Exchange: Please contact the Spa directly, or visit us in person to arrange for a return or exchange.

You cannot request a return or exchange with the brands directly if you purchased the product from SoulSisters Spa. If you purchased the product from us, you must request a return/exchange from us.

EQUIPMENT

 

All skincare equipment will have the manufacturers warranty provided for returns.

All items are FINAL SALE
